  2. Warm the black beans and corn in a skillet with the olive oil, cumin, and chili powder until heated through, about 5 minutes; season with half the salt.

  3. Stir the juice of one lime and half the cilantro into the quinoa.

  4. Divide the quinoa among four bowls and top with the bean and corn mixture.

  5. Add sliced avocado, the remaining cilantro, and a squeeze of the second lime.
