  1. Shred the cabbage thinly and cut the carrot into thin matchsticks.

  2. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat and fry the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  3. Add the ground pork and stir-fry, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
