Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces and toss with the cornstarch to coat.

Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat and fry the chicken in batches until golden and cooked through, about 6 minutes per batch; drain and set aside.

Pour off all but 1 tbsp of the oil.

Whisk the marmite, honey, and water together in a small bowl until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the wok and simmer until slightly thickened, about 1 minute.

Return the fried chicken to the wok and toss to coat evenly in the glaze.
