Soak the wide rice noodles in hot water until pliable, then drain.

Pound the garlic and chilies together and stir the fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar into a bowl.

Heat the oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the sliced chicken until cooked, about 5 minutes.
