Ground Beef Taco Night
Ingredients
The quantities follow this count.
How to cook it
-
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks, about 7 minutes, then drain the fat.
-
Stir in the taco seasoning and water and simmer until the sauce thickens and clings to the meat, about 4 minutes.
-
Warm the taco shells in a dry skillet or a low oven while the meat finishes. Set out hard shells, soft corn tortillas, or both for the table.
-
Serve the seasoned beef with cheddar, lettuce, diced tomato, diced onion, sour cream and salsa, and let everyone build their own tacos.
