Cut the radish into thin slabs.

Heat the sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the beef until it just loses its pink color, about 2 minutes.

Add the radish and soy sauce and stir-fry 2 minutes more so the radish takes on a little color.

Pour in the water, add the minced garlic, and bring to a boil.
