  1. Slice the broccoli stalks on the bias, keeping the leaves separate.

  2. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the garlic and chilies until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  3. Add the pork and stir-fry until nearly cooked through, about 3 minutes.
