Pound the garlic and chilies into a rough paste.

Stir the fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar together in a small bowl.

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and fry the garlic and chili paste for 20 seconds.

Add the ground chicken and stir-fry, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes.
