How to cook it

  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips and season with the salt and pepper.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high and brown the chicken, then set it aside.

  3. Melt the butter in the same pan and cook the onion, garlic, and mushrooms until browned, about 8 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle in the flour for 1 minute, then whisk in the broth, Worcestershire, and Dijon and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile boil the egg noodles until tender, about 8 minutes, then drain.

  6. Return the chicken to the pan, lower the heat, stir in the sour cream, and serve over the noodles with parsley.
