  1. Heat the oven to 425F and line a sheet pan.

  2. Whisk the maple syrup, Dijon, grated garlic, and half the olive oil into a glaze.

  3. Toss the trimmed green beans with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread on one side of the pan.

  4. Place the salmon on the other side, season with salt and pepper, and brush generously with the glaze.

  5. Roast until the salmon is just opaque and the beans are tender, about 14 minutes.

  6. Squeeze the lemon over everything and serve.
