  1. Stir the oats, oat milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt together in a large bowl or jar.

  2. Divide among four jars or containers and seal.

  3. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours, until the oats are soft and the mixture has thickened.

  4. Stir well and loosen with a splash more oat milk if too thick.

  5. Top each with sliced banana just before serving.
