  1. Heat the oven to 425F and spread the frozen fries on a sheet pan.

  2. Bake the fries according to the packet directions, about 20 minutes total, flipping once.

  3. Meanwhile whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

  4. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and pour in half the eggs, tilting to cover the base.

  5. Scatter half the cheddar over one half as the eggs begin to set, then fold over and slide onto a plate once set, about 3 minutes.

  6. Repeat with the remaining eggs and cheddar.

  7. Serve hot with the chips alongside.
