How to cook it

  1. Heat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Whisk the miso, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil into a glaze.

  3. Set the salmon on the sheet and brush thickly with the glaze.

  4. Roast until the salmon flakes easily and the glaze caramelizes, about 12 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile steam the bok choy until tender, about 4 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle the salmon with sesame seeds and scallions and serve hot with the bok choy.
