Heat the oven to 425F and line a large sheet pan.

Halve the baby potatoes, toss them with 1 tbsp olive oil, and roast for 15 minutes to give them a head start.

Meanwhile slice the sausage, peppers, and onion and toss with the broccoli, minced garlic, remaining oil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
