How to cook it

  1. Heat the oven to 400F and halve the tomatoes.

  2. Cook the bacon, sausages, and sliced black pudding in a large skillet over medium heat, turning, until browned and cooked through, about 12 minutes, then set aside.

  3. Add the tomatoes and sliced mushrooms to the same pan and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

  4. Heat the beans in a small saucepan until hot.

  5. Fry the eggs in the oil to your liking.

  6. Toast the bread and spread with butter.
