How to cook it

  1. Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water until pliable, about 15 minutes, then drain well.

  2. Slice the chicken thinly and shred the cabbage and carrot.

  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook the garlic and onion until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

  4. Add the chicken and cook, stirring, until browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes.

  5. Add the carrot and green beans and stir-fry 3 minutes.
