How to cook it

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the whole sausages over medium heat, about 8 minutes, then remove and slice.

  2. Cook the diced onion and carrot in the same pan until soft, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the curry powder and flour and cook for a minute, then whisk in the beef stock.

  4. Return the sausages to the pan with the diced apple and simmer until the sauce thickens and the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
