  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces.

  2. Melt half the butter in a large pan and cook the diced onion, garlic, and ginger until soft, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the garam masala and cumin and cook for 30 seconds, then add the chicken and cook until sealed, about 5 minutes.
